Some good news, our new board is listening to our residents concerns and has made some changes to our current towing policy. These will go into effect immediately. The tow company will no longer be able to access our club house parking lot unless called by the club house manager. There will be a 24hr free parking policy for residents and/or guests with written permission from the clubhouse manager you can obtain an additional 72hr pass. This will be on a case per case decision by the clubhouse manager. This is a start in the right direction. 

We have also formed a new towing committee which consists of 4 resident volunteers. There will be more changes to come, our intent is to keep our community safe and secure but we do not want to change it into a prison camp. All residents are welcome to make any suggestions. See forms at clubhouse.
